Every ringgit you invest at gengcuci earns VIP points. Level up, unlock exclusive privileges, and feel the difference of being a true VIP member.
Many online gaming platforms offer "VIP" programs that are, in reality, just empty labels with no real benefits. At gengcuci, we believe loyal players deserve more than just a name. Our VIP program was not designed as a marketing tool — it is a genuine rewards system that truly adds value to your gaming experience.
Once you join gengcuci and start playing consistently, the VIP points system automatically tracks your every activity. The more actively you play — whether it's Bingo, Slots, Live Casino, or Sports — the faster you climb to higher VIP tiers. And each tier unlocks a more rewarding set of benefits than the last.
What sets the gengcuci VIP program apart is its integrated approach. Your VIP points are accumulated across all game categories, so you're never locked into a single game type. VIP members also get access to priority customer support channels, where our response time is within minutes compared to the standard queue.
Four membership tiers, each with increasingly exclusive benefits. You start at Silver and advance based on your playing activity.
Gengcuci VIP benefits aren't just figures on paper. Each one is designed to deliver real convenience and a more premium playing experience every day.
Earn up to 15% cash back every week depending on your VIP tier — credited automatically every Monday.
Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated VIP manager available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The higher your VIP tier, the greater your daily withdrawal limit. Diamond members enjoy unlimited withdrawals.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with priority — Diamond members receive their funds within 30 minutes.
Birthday bonuses, monthly gifts, and special surprises during festive seasons — all tailored to your playing profile.
High-tier VIP members are invited to exclusive bingo tournaments, special gengcuci events, and dedicated Grand Jackpot sessions.
See exactly what you earn at every tier and plan your VIP journey with gengcuci.
There is no separate registration process for the VIP program. Simply play and our system will automatically recognize and upgrade your account.
Create a new account at gengcuci — registration takes under two minutes and KYC is easy to complete through the app.
Fund your account using FPX, an e-wallet, or your preferred payment method. Your first deposit also unlocks an exclusive welcome bonus.
Every game you play — Bingo, Slots, Live Casino, Sports — automatically accumulates VIP points at the set rate.
When your VIP points reach the next tier threshold, your status is upgraded instantly and the new benefits are activated within 24 hours.
One of the most common questions from new players is how VIP points are actually calculated. At gengcuci, the system is simple and transparent. For every RM10 you wager on any game, you earn 1 VIP point. This rate is uniform across all game categories so no player feels disadvantaged based on their game of choice.
For example, if you are a Bingo fan playing RM500 a week, you will accumulate 50 VIP points in that period. Within a month, you will have earned 200 points. Add other gaming activity, and your journey from Silver to Gold could happen sooner than you expect.
Another aspect we are proud of in the gengcuci VIP system is full transparency. You can view your current point balance, the amount needed to reach the next tier, and your points history in your account dashboard at any time. No hidden numbers, no obscured conditions.
Please note that VIP points are valid for twelve months. If your account is inactive for a full year, accumulated points will expire. For active players, this is rarely a concern — many of our VIP members accumulate points far faster than the expiry rate.
For players who have just reached Platinum or Diamond tier, gengcuci also provides an orientation session with your personal VIP manager. In this session, you will be guided on how to maximize your benefits, how to use priority channels, and any specific questions about your account. This is a personal touch you will not find on most other platforms.
Real experiences from our loyal players across Malaysia.
"I've played on several other platforms, but the gengcuci VIP program is genuinely different. The 10% weekly cashback actually lands in my account — it's not just an empty promise. My account manager is incredibly responsive too."
"What I love most is how fast withdrawals are. I used to wait a full day, but now as a Diamond member I get it within 30 minutes. This isn't just marketing — I've tested it myself multiple times."
"The birthday bonus I got from gengcuci when I hit Gold really caught me off guard. I never expected the platform to remember something like that. It made me feel valued as a player, not just another number in the system."
